Your First Visit

During your first visit we will explore what is bringing you to therapy. There will be an intake form that you can complete with me in the session. If you prefer to complete the intake prior to the session, you can download the forms below and we will review the information together.

We will also discuss how the following sessions will look like.  It is important that you feel comfortable with me and the plan to move forward. If you do not feel comfortable, we can discuss questions or concerns that you might have so that you can determine the best course of action for you.

 

If you decide that I am a good fit for you and you want to move forward in working together, we will schedule your follow-up session. The next few sessions will be spent getting to know each other, building trust, and further exploring your presenting concerns.
